For safety and security reasons, an attendee conference badge is required for admittance to all ATA Conference Sessions and Events, 包括 the Exhibit Hall, 早餐, the Welcome Celebration, 和AST日.

    You may pick up your badge during registration hours. You may attend all ATA Conference Sessions and Events, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Welcome Celebration Guest Pass
    If you have purchased an ATA Conference registration and wish to have a guest join you at the Welcome Celebration, you may purchase a Welcome Celebration Guest Pass. This pass allows admittance to the Welcome Celebration on Wednesday, October 25th 只有.

Consent to Use of Photographic Im年龄s

Registering for this conference constitutes an agreement to ATA's use and distribution of your im年龄 or voice in photographs and video/audio recordings.

摄影, 截图, or video/audio recordings (without the express permission of ATA, 演讲者, or moderator) are strictly prohibited and will result in expulsion from the conference without refund.

Conduct Policy

The American Translators Association (ATA) is committed to providing a safe, 富有成效的, and welcoming environment for all participants.

ATA has zero tolerance for any form of discrimination, 骚扰, or other unacceptable behavior by any 参与者 throughout this program.

Unacceptable behavior is defined as:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
  • Verbal abuse, 包括, but not limited to, the following:
    • comments related to gender, sexual orientation, 年龄, 残疾, physical appearance, 体型, 比赛, 宗教, national origin;
    • inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual im年龄s;
    • threatening or stalking any participant.
  • Disruption in any form. All participants must comply with the instructions of moderators and ATA的员工.
  • Presentations should not contain promotional materials or solicitation for services. ATA reserves the right to remove such content.

ATA reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, 包括 immediate removal from the conference without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and ATA reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future ATA event.
